Sun & Skin Medical Centre is a team of cosmetic and skin cancer doctors based in Mount Eliza.

At Sun and Skin our vision is to create a centre of excellence in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on being the only accredited skin cancer clinic in Mount Eliza and offer only the latest technology and innovative treatment options. We offer personalised care starting with skin checks and Mole Mapping for diagnosis, treatment and follow up.

We also offer our patients a comprehensive range of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. We believe in enhancing natural beauty with meticulous attention to detail and are committed to achieving natural looking results in a safe medical environment.

Our specialist team of accredited Doctors, headed by Dr Ann Michael, are committed to providing you with the very best care for all of your skin needs.

We are located in Mount Eliza on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

We are open Monday to Saturday and no referrals are necessary to book your appointment. Bookings can be made either online or via phone.

Dr Bianca Carroll

GENERAL PRACTITIONER

Dr Bianca Carroll has worked as a GP on the Mornington Peninsula since 2008 and is very excited to join the team at Sun & Skin. She has subspecialist training in skin cancer medicine.  Bianca is passionate about the early detection of skin cancer and prides herself on being a thorough doctor with excellent attention to detail.

She is experienced in the surgical management of skin cancer and non-surgical treatments.

Dr. Andrew Sandison

GENERAL SURGEON MBBS, MA, FRCS (Gen Surg)

Dr. Andrew Sandison qualified as a doctor in the UK after training at Cambridge University and The University Of London. Before coming to Australia he had a successful career as a Consultant Surgeon in South East England for over 20 years and has wide experience in skin cancer surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has Professional and Advanced Certificates in Dermoscopy.

He likes to fully involve patients in the decision making about their care.

Dr Cronin

GENERAL PRACTITIONER

Dr Cronin has worked as a GP since 2017, with a special interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and has completed certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Cronin has experience in the surgical and non-surgical management of Skin Cancer and strongly believes that patients should be well informed and heavily involved with their treatment plans.

Lena is our beautiful Practice manager, she is married with three children, has over 25yrs experience working with Medical Practitioners and loves her job.

Laura Clarke

SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST

Laura is a diploma qualified Beauty Therapist who began her career in beauty therapy 16 years ago. She has dedicated her career and passion to the medical aesthetic field at Sun and Skin Medical Centre and works closely with clients to achieve their skin goals with the latest technology.

Laura has worked as a spa manager and educator over the years and is passionate about skin and medical aesthetics.

Megan Flakemore

NURSE

I have been nursing since 2005 and working with skin cancer since 2012. I am very passionate about patient care and ensuring the best experience for my patients. I love my job. I live locally and grew up on the peninsula. I have 4 kids, so really enjoy coming to work.

Alicia Gartshore

NURSE

Alicia enjoys all aspects of nursing and patient care. She is enthusiastic about theatre nursing and providing care to patients during their procedures. Alicia will complete her bachelor’s degree this year to be qualified as a registered nurse.

Renee Lucas

NURSE

Renee has been working in Skin Cancer since 2018.

Renee is enthusiastic about all aspects of skin health and has a particular interest in Skin Cancer prevention and strives to provide the highest level of care.

RECEPTIONIST

Sarah is our friendly receptionist who is always happy to greet patients with a smile. She has knowledge with the beauty and cosmetic industries and is always excited to come to work.
